Photos: When you upload a product photo for listing generation, we process it through our AI system and store the listing data. Photos are used solely to generate your listing and are not shared with third parties.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, features used, and listing counts to improve our service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.

  • To process your subscription payments via Stripe

  • To improve our AI listing quality and features
  • To prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your photos for AI training without explicit consent.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We use Vercel for hosting and Neon for database storage, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Anthropic (Claude API): We send your product photos to Anthropic's API for AI analysis. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on their data handling.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Vercel: Hosting infrastructure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
