1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RoastAFlip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

RoastAFlip is an AI-powered listing generation tool that creates product titles, descriptions, keywords, and pricing suggestions from photos. RoastAFlip does not guarantee sales, pricing accuracy, or search ranking on any marketplace platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use RoastAFlip
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RoastAFlip to create listings for illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
• Upload photos you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or pricing
• Resell or redistribute RoastAFlip-generated content as a service
• Use automated tools to access RoastAFlip beyond normal usage

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Free Tier

The free tier provides 5 listings per calendar month. Unused free listings do not roll over. Bonus listings from referrals are added on top of your plan limit. We reserve the right to modify the free tier limits.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos you upload and listings you create. RoastAFlip does not claim ownership of your content. You grant RoastAFlip a limited license to process your photos through our AI system for the purpose of generating listings.

8. AI-Generated Content

Listings generated by RoastAFlip are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before posting to any marketplace. RoastAFlip does not guarantee the accuracy of brand identification, pricing suggestions, or category recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

RoastAFlip is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of AI-generated listings, including but not limited to: incorrect pricing, misidentified items, marketplace policy violations, or lost sales. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for RoastAFlip in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RoastAFlip after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
